Monterrey: Mexican Federal Police conflicts with the City of Monterrey when police disperse anti razia think the performance of police corruption. Collision occurred because the police refused Monterrey City disbanded. Seven politicians and security officials arrested a suspected cartels involved in drugs. Local police often kidnap the Mexican army and submit them to the drug cartels pmbunuh charge. Since the operation three years ago this was the soul of the victim swallow about 11 thousand people
