Authorities in Lexington are investigating a shooting that occurred early this morning
According to reports out of Lexington this morning the woman killed is 29 year old Amanda Ross. A source in Lexington told WCLU news police have not confirmed the identity, but the Lexington Herald Leader is reporting a neighbor confirmed Ross’s identity. Very few details have been released. Back in March of this year Ross sought a restraining order against her former fiancée, former State Representative Steve Nunn, ordering him to not have contact with her for a year. A police spokesman said they have no suspects in custody at this time
